Start Date: September 2020Pay: KR3We are looking to recruit a friendly, self motivated Teaching Assistant with Midday Superviser duties who can support the principles of a church school and promote the core values of love, respect and wisdom.The role is mainly supporting a child on a 1:1 basis but will also involve assisting the class teacher with learning activities and ensuring health and safety and good behaviour by all pupils. The role is linked to Higher Needs Funding so will be reviewed annually.The successful candidate will be joining our team who, collectively, are responsible for supporting learning, and helping to deliver a creative and joyful curriculum for our children. You must be prepared to work indoors and outdoors in order to support learners in a range of environments, even on cold days as we make use of our surroundings - which includes our forest school.The role is Term Time, Monday - Friday from 8.30 - 3.15.
