Job Description

As aSupport Workerin this team, you will:

  • Respond to alarms raised in service user’s homes.
  • Attend and assess, supporting the service user if possible, or escalating to the relevant service- 999, GP etc.
  • Carry out welfare checks on service users previously visited.
