We are looking for a Residents Finance Assistant to join the team at Metropolitan House, Potters Bar.Working 9:00am5:30pm, Monday to Friday, you will be supporting the managing and maintaining of Clients money accounts. Duties included are:Processing of payment to and on behalf of ResidentsDealing with payments to Residents from external organisations and familiesCreating and closing of CMS accounts for ResidentsPayment of supplier invoices and reimbursement from Residents CMS accountsDaily reconciliation of Residents bank accountsSetting up encashment facilities for the Service Manager and other staffWorking with the DWP and job centre plus on behalf of Residents to claim their benefitsDealing with internal and external queriesEnsuring that all CMS activities comply with audit regulations.Reconciliation of Residents personal contribution fees to councilsEmailing service users monthly bank statements to our servicesMonthly completion of client contribution fees to CareTechSYS-3634 - POTTERS BAR
