Production OperatorLocation: Hertford, HertfordshireHours: 8.15am - 4.45pm (1.15pm on a Friday) 37.5 hrs a weekSalary: £12.00A leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality medical devices and equipment is currently seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join their team as Production Operators. If you are detail-oriented, have a strong work ethic, and are passionate aboutcontributing to the healthcare industry, we invite you to apply for this position.Responsibilities:o Complete work instructions.o Pick parts, subassemblies, tools and materials then assemble.o Assemble devices by examining connections for correct fit.o Verify specifications by testing manufactured products and produce Test Certificate.o Print labels with batch information and affix to products.o Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records.o Prepare packaging ready for despatch.o Monitor stock by completing counts as required.o Cleaning and maintaining the work area.o Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.o Be accustomed with and know how to use workshop tools.o Inform a supervisor immediately in the case of a recorded nonconformity of the technical requirements or anassumption of a real risk of production problems.o Carry out work according to the quality policy of the company.o Maintains safe and healthy work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulationso Other general production duties as required.Requirements:" Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not essential." Good manual dexterity and the ability to handle small components with precision." Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately." Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues." Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues." Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking." Excellent time management and organisational skills."
