Job Description

The central focus of this role is curating and administering a calendar of social media content for our client, ready to be published through an online software tool called Engage Social. This tool enables our clients Brand Reps across the country to instantly share official pre-approved content which comes from our clients marketing team.Our client produces most of the content themselves as part of their customer-facing global and regional brand & marketing strategy. This content is shared in the first instance by them via their official online digital channels (i.e. web and social) and is later re-shared by the brand reps via the Media Boost software. There will be an additional requirement to curate content from 3rd party sources such as independent reviews, YouTube, PR etc. Additionally, you will be involved in helping to develop new features to this solution. To offer our client an even more targeted and effective content schedule, we are introducing an in-house design and content production service. This will involve the concept, production, and publishing of new creatives. This will involve either re-designing an existing piece of content or creating new content to match new client briefs. Creative talent will be needed to complement a strong planning and operational skill set.Youll be joining an energetic and creative team who are passionate about getting our brand out there. In addition to the central focus of the role, as part of the wider marketing team you will have the opportunity to support our broader marketing projects, helping us to gain new followers and build content that connects with potential job seekers and new business clients in our Industry space. The team are 100% committed to enabling and supporting the companys growth and appreciate how imperative it is to create engagement across web and social media!Main Duties and Areas of Responsibility:* Managing content calendar in line with the overall client brief, provided by our Account Manager* Planning content schedule to align with the product and marketing plans of the client* Managing RSS Feeds* Curating independently sourced 3rd party content which positively represents the clients products and brand* Designing bespoke assets, animations etc in conjunction with our in-house creative team * Scheduling and uploading content calendars to be shared by multiple teams across various social media platforms* Compliance. Ensuring all content meets client brand guidelines and all users are using work profiles which meet client expectations.* Content housekeeping (organising, retiring expired content, archiving old content, compliance)* Collaborating with our Data and Insights Team to prepare reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to demonstrate content and campaign performance.
