Job Description

A growing business that is recognised as a world leader inits field of precision automationcomponents islooking for a Finance Manager to join their team, in Hertford. They have nearly 60years of innovation and are backed by extensive application experience, utilising the most advancedmaterials.Along with a salary of up to £50,000 per annum, you will also receive hybrid working (after 3-months), a pension scheme, and health insurance.What you’ll do as Finance Manager:You will be a member of the senior management team, building positive and effective workingrelationship with other managers, providing business analysis and reports and preparing accuratefinancial forecasts. Your duties will include:

  • Operations finance reporting for the site
  • Forecasts and budgets
  • Site capital expenditure requests
  • Costing and inventory management
  • Management of off-site AR and AP (shared service operation in Slovakia)
  • Sales and Margin Reporting (either through PowerBI or SAP)
  • Reviewing the TB and working with GL team to fix incorrect postings
  • Financial Forecast and Cash Flow
  • Preparation of Budget
  • Monthly Management Reporting
  • Weekly Cash Flow Reporting v Forecast
We are looking for a Finance Manager with the following skills and experience:
  • Knowledge and experience of SAP.
  • Experience from a similar role
  • Knowledge and experience of using Tagetik Desirable
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs grades A – C (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
  • Part qualified or (CIMA) to finalist.
