Job Description

The Role -We are looking for an ambitious and adaptableSenior Account Manager to join our clients team. This is an exciting opportunity with excellent growth potential for the right candidate.Within the role you will be working closely with the Sales Manager to rip up the framework around conventional Account Management and develop and analyse a new strategyto develop and nurture client accounts. You will be responsible for growing your accounts MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) through project support, consolidation and identification of new opportunities. A large part of the role involves building account growth plans for both existing and newly onboardedambitious agencies. Responsibilities -- Liaising across departments to implement account growth plans - Grow the MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) in line with personal and department objectives- Manage and nurture relationships with your customer base- Ensure accurate and articulate records of all sales activities- Attend company and client events- Forecast 3 month reports based on opportunities and pipeline stages - Ensure strong technical knowledge through self-improvement and educational workshops as well as reviewing professional publications and participating in networking and events Core Requirements -- Proven account management experience and the ability to implement strategic growth plans- The ability to develop a Chameleon approach to consultative selling and management.
