Working Pattern: Monday To Friday, 8.00am To 3.42pm With A 30 Minute Unpaid Break Three Rivers Academy has an exciting opportunity for an Estates Site Manager to join the Estates Team. The postholder will proactively manage the Trusts assets (land, buildings, equipment and other resources) to ensure that they are safe to use and are costeffective. They will provide a safe, clean and compliant learning and working environment for students, staff and visitors.This role requires leadership in managing a team, estates related compliance management plans, obtaining COSHH product certifications and the management and scheduling of estate contractors whilst on site, minimising the impact during school hours. The successfulcandidate would be looking at obtaining the best value approach whilst tendering for works, carrying out repairs as and when required and assigning jobs to their team via a helpdesk system.Three Rivers Academy is a modern school which uses a number of mechanical & engineering databases which covers the schools helpdesk, solar panels and compliance management systems and therefore experience of working with control systems such as intruder alarms,CCTV, fire alarms would be advantageous but not essential as full training can be given however a keen interest in systems is essential.Excellent organisational skills are a must with the ability to prioritise and plan own workload in the context of conflicting priorities and work on own initiative. A methodical approach to tasks, recording and reporting is a must. Experience of staff supervisionis also essential.
