Job Description

Pertemps are currently looking for a skilled Administrator for a new opportunity in Hellaby!Full time, Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week£9.46phLong term ongoing contract**Free on site parking****Great potential to go permanent**Working for a nationwide, well known and highly reputable business. Supporting millions of people and homes, this is a key role to support the function of the business and their customers.Due to the varied nature of the role the successful candidate will need to show flexibility, motivation and a can-do attitude whilst maintaining focus and discipline to ensure an organised and methodical approach to each task.Immediate start!Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the management team
  • Submitting reports
  • Overflow call taking
  • Managing notices, permits and registrations for construction works
  • Handle day to day enquiries
  • Building relationships with team members, contractors and stakeholders
  • Following projects from start to completion
  • Investigating delays, stops and starts where required
The ideal candidate will have
  • Strong IT Skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word)
  • Good customer service skills
  • Be a good communicator and team player
  • Able to manage deadline and prioritise workload
  • Time management skills
