The role provides a great opportunity to join a committed team. You must have full Physician Associate qualifications and be registered with the Physician Associate Managed Voluntary Register (PAMVR).Working closely with the PCN to develop the service and audit activity, you will be expected to develop links with local GPs, colleagues within the service, and in secondary care to ensure delivery of integrated, patient focused care. Working to a professional code of ethics you will be able to demonstrate flexibility in the role, and have a caring attitude towards patients. This is an exciting position and the successful applicant will need to be self-motivated and able to work on their own and as part of the MDT. You will have excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills together with a good working knowledge of primary care and the challenges facing patient care in the NHS.
