We are a Microsoft & Sophos Silver Partner and provide IT support, Cyber Security, and IT consultancy to a range of clients across the UK.The RoleIn line with the organisations growth plans, we are looking to add to our growing team of support engineers in the Managed Services team and have a requirement for a 2nd Line Technical Engineer. Reporting to the Head of IT, the role involves problem-solving, excellent telephone skills, remote support, and teamwork. A keen understanding of business systems and the ability to troubleshoot are vital. We are looking for someone who has a technical supportbackground and an in-depth understanding of Microsoft environments both in the cloud and on-premise. In addition, other IT support tasks and project work will form part of the role as we continue to expand our client base and implement new projects for existing clients.
