We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our innovative team and play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and nurturing top talent that drives Inchcape’s success.As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work in partnership with colleagues across our People Team to ensure a collaborative partnering approach.You will foster a proactive approach with the Talent Acquisition Specialists to provide support and exposure to different aspects of Talent Acquisition. You will provide guidance, coaching, share best practice and promote an inclusive and supportive teamculture.What you’ll do day to day;
  • Recruitment Strategy - Working with the Talent Acquisition Manager to manage and develop the recruitment strategy
  • Relationship Building - Building strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Adopting a partnering approach and driving proactive recruitment solutions across the business
  • Vacancy Management - Proactively managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle from identification of the role, through to on-boarding
  • Attraction Strategy - Creating compelling adverts, promoting a positive employer brand, networking, arranging events, etc.
  • Talent Pipeline Management - Support the Talent Acquisition Manager to build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring
  • Data Analysis & Reporting - Analysing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and creating recruitment reports
  • Coaching & Mentoring - Providing support and guidance, offering constructive feedback in a supportive manner to enable team members to improve their skills and knowledge and develop within their role
  • Collaboration &Teamwork - Encouraging teamwork and an inclusive culture. Creating opportunities for knowledge sharing opportunities and group discussions
  • Team & Management Support - Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, supporting with the effective and efficient management of the Talent Acquisition function
(Please note that the duties listed above are not exhaustive and the role will include additional responsibilities)Skills & Qualifications;
  • Previous experience within Talent Acquisition and a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, advertising, interviewing and offer negotiation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to confidently interact with people of all levels, including hiring managers, senior stakeholders, third party companies and candidates, via multiple communication channels
  • Ability to build strong trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with the confidence to lead and challenge decisions where necessary
  • Experience of managing projects and supporting others to achieve goals
  • Ability to gather and analyse information, produce reports and updates using our HR system and Microsoft Excel
  • Possess a strong understanding of the importance of Inclusion & Diversity and have the ability to drive this within the team to ensure fair and inclusive hiring practices
  • Knowledge and experience of utilising the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to attract talent
  • A qualification in HR or Recruitment (CIPD or equivalent) would be advantageous
