Job Description

Systems & MI Data ManagerHybrid Working - Hebburn, South TynesideAs a Systems & MI Data Manager, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience, as well as amazing company benefits, including;

The RoleThis 12 month fixed term contract, with a view to going permanent, role sits within our People Services Team in Hebburn, South Tyneside.Within this role you will provide excellent management information and insight to enable data driven decisions throughout Inchcape in the UK. This will be by producing standard and ad hoc reports. The role will support the Head of People Services in ensuringthe integrity of our systems and the accuracy of data held, including integrations between people systems. Support in the development of processes within the People Services team.This is a great opportunity to support an ambitious company during a very busy and exciting time. We can offer hybrid working, preferably with a minimum of 2 days per week in our Hebburn office. Ideally the role will be full time working Monday-Friday 9am-5pmhowever, this is flexible/negotiable.Responsibilities
  • Lead the review all people data reporting to ensure it is simple and fit for purpose and address any gaps
  • Ensure there is a reporting suit so that we can deliver and track on a monthly/annual basis, and drive self-service where possible
  • Bring together data from different sources and analyse to provide meaningful MI for key stakeholders, to include monthly scorecards
  • Monitor people systems to ensure integrity and accuracy of data (to include Cintra and SAP SF)
  • Monitor system integrations, identifying errors, finding the root causes and ensuring a resolution is in place and communicated
  • Lead, manage, develop and motivate MI Analysts to ensure the successful delivery of the People Services MI & Insight
  • Develop and manage external relationships
  • Ownership of cost code integrity and accuracy in the system, being the point of contact for queries and lead on resolution
  • Develop, implement and continuously improve a framework and approach for receipt of PS MI and Insight requests
  • Develop and monitor Service Level Agreements for the delivery of PS MI and Insight to respond to regular reporting requirements, projects and ad-hoc requests
The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous MI and systems experience is essential
  • Ability to identify, track and meet reporting needs
  • Attention to detail and high standards of compliance and accuracy
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data into meaningful MI
  • Focus on delivering excellence to internal customers
  • Previous people management essential
