This is something everyone in our talented team truly cares about and they are driven by their passion to be a great business that does great things.The Role:This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated Marketing Manager to join the Group. This challenging role will require creativity, innovation, organisational and project planning skills to lead a team within a business that is experiencing high levels of growth and success.With aggressive growth plans that include taking their products and services into new markets and acquiring complementary companies to their group portfolio, they are looking for a proactive Marketing Manager who can play a leading role in their vibrant marketing team, reporting to the CEO.The Marketing Manager will lead the marketing team in all internal and external marketing for the Group brands including the corporate umbrella brand and four service and product brands.The marketing team includes two graphic designers and two content marketers who will report into the Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will therefore also have excellent people skills and take an inspiring and motivating lead in driving creativity in all day-to-day operations of the marketing department.Reporting into the CEO, the Marketing Manager will require a strategic level of experience and understanding of commercial business. You will be proactive in launching, planning and briefing in innovative marketing campaigns that support the group vision and meet business goals.If you want to be part of a motivated and forward-thinking team to help build awareness of products and services that are designed to support people in achieving their full potential, they would like to hear from you.Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Developing and leading the Group marketing communications strategy in support of the overarching business strategy, executed on time and budget
  • Developing company, service and product brand communications in line with the growing business (further company acquisitions are possible during this period)
  • Managing an external PR consultants activity in line with the corporate strategy and flagship product brands
  • Creative, integrated marketing campaign planning, briefing and amending to ensure innovative outputs across a range of mediums (email, website, social media, PR, events, merchandise, etc)
  • Managing the internal approval process of all marketing communications and ensuring brand consistency across the group
  • Team leadership, mentoring and project planning (design and content marketing team includes 2x designers and 2x content marketers)
  • Award entry writing, content collation and submission
  • Maintaining the marketing department budget spend tracker
  • Essential Skills:
  • Experienced marketing professional with excellent people management skills
  • Equal creativity and organisational skill levels
  • Ability to add value to all customer touch points with marketing tactics
  • Experience working closely with a sales team
  • Exceptional understanding of design and ability to communicate creative concepts and vision
  • Exceptional copywriting and verbal communication skills
  • Experience defining marketing plans and budgets and working within them
  • Experience and strategic level understanding of commercial business
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritising team workload with efficiency
