Job Description

IT Support Engineer, 1st Line (MSP)Hebburn, HYBRID£25,000 - £30,000 + Progression + Cycle To Work Scheme + Hybrid Working + Company BenefitsAre you an IT Support Engineer looking for an opportunity to work closely with a team of Cloud Support experts while you grow and develop your skills in IT Support Do you want clear progression and career opportunities while also have a good work/lifebalanceOn offer is the chance to become a part of a steadily growing MSP where you will be afforded the option of rapid progression to senior level, while you work alongside a small team of highly motivated, highly skilled and self-driven IT professionals.In this role you will provide support to both external and internal projects, analyse campaign performances, and act as an escalation point for IT issues. You will tackle this role with your analytical problem solving mindset, whilst exhibiting excellentcommunication and organization skills.The Ideal person will be based in or near Hebburn, have previous experience in a customer facing IT Support role, and be equipped with excellent communication skills.The Role

  • Provide internal and external IT Support to both clients and colleagues
  • Resolving IT queries using a ticketing system
  • Escalating issues to the 2nd line support team
  • Participate in regular meetings with commercial and technical teams
  • Hybrid (2 Days in Office
The Person
  • IT Support Engineer (1st Line)
  • Microsoft 365 experience
  • Experience with Azure preferable
  • Driven to learn and develop IT knowledge
