The Company;We are delighted to be working exclusively with our client, a global construction company.The Role;Our client is seeking a passionate Health and Wellbeing Coordinator to join their Human Resources team to support with bringing the Health and Wellbeing strategy to life. Reporting to the HR Manager, the Health and Wellbeing Coordinator will roll out the Health and Wellbeing strategy across the company, in collaboration with local Mental Health Ambassadors Acting as a health and wellbeing champion, the Health and Wellbeing Coordinator will provide guidance and support to all colleagues The Health and Wellbeing Coordinator will design, develop and implement an annual health and wellbeing survey, including analysis and reporting of the results and subsequent plans on next steps Some health and wellbeing initiatives are in existence today, and the role will involve the development and implementation of additional initiatives to support and empower colleagues across the business to take responsibility for their own health and wellbeingThe Person;The ideal candidate will be: Experienced in driving changes, from inception through to roll out, incorporating employee engagement, feedback and business impact reporting Strategic and passionate about mental health and wellbeing DesirableMental Health First Aider qualification, however the client will support the right candidate with completing their courseNigel Wright;For more information about this role, or to discuss your future career aspirations, please contact Jennifer Stonehouse.
