3 DAYS MINIMUM- Hours & days flexible.My client is a leading provider of mortgage & financial solutions based in South Tyneside with ambitious plans for growth and expansion, from state of the art Head Quarters.They are now looking to recruit a part time Administrator - hours to be discussed at interview stageAmongst general office administrative tasks, the successful candidate will oversee & assist in the submission of mortgage & protection cases whilst ensuring all adviser cases meet the companys network & the FCAs criteria. They will be responsible for thepreparation of clients suitability reports ensuring a full explanation for the reason advice given is clear, following this up with a call to the client to ensure they are satisfied with the advice given.Previous experience within Financial Services admin role would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given. The successful candidate will have a good telephone manner and will be comfortable speaking to existing and new customers bothinbound and outbound.Working within a dedicated team Monday - Friday 9am-5pmSalary will commence at £18,500-£19,500 dependant on experience and there will be future opportunities to progress further within the company.Full training a support will be given to the successful candidate.The Benefits- The roles will be office working, so you must live in commutable distance to our office.- You will be working in an incredible office environment with spacious working areas- Car Parking facilities onsite.- Pension Scheme.
