Job Description

Are you an experienced Finance Administrator seeking an exciting new permanent opportunity! Look no further! Office Angels have the perfect opportunity for you!We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Administrator, to join our client who are based in Hebburn, on a permanent basis. This role is to start ASAP; however, a notice period can be considered. Standard working hours are Monday - Thursday, 8AM - 4PM, and 8AM - 3:30PM Friday. However, some flexibility around start and finish times can be offered - 8:30AM - 4:30PM. Salary: Depending on experience. Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesYou will be joining a warm and friendly finance team, who are muck-in and support each other in the department!

  • To provide Finance and Administrative support to Directors.
  • Provide Finance and Administrative support to the Finance Manager.
  • Assist in hotel bookings and travel arrangements for Directors.
  • Assist in event bookings.
  • Responsible for the booking of taxis on company account Directors and visitors.
  • Assist with internal room bookings.
  • Sage 200 - entering of Purchase / Sales invoices onto system and coding to correct nominal codes.
  • Mobile phone bills processing.
  • Bank reconciliations / adding transactions to the Sage Accounts system.
  • Preparing payments through online banking system.
  • Assisting with department catering facilities for visitors and staff, ensuring the office is stocked with Tea & Coffee, etc.
  • All general administrative tasks.
