Job IntroductionThis role as an Administrator will be working withing our HR Shared Service Department, supporting our Resourcing Team.You will support with daily recruitment activities, alongside completing a Level 3 Qualification within Business Administration.Our internal Resourcing Team are responsible for providing a first class service to the business, partnering with the hiring managers to recruit the best talent into our organisation. You will support the team by completing various tasks, such as; postingadverts, sourcing candidates, booking interviews, and general administration duties, etc.You will be working closely with the team, who will support you as you learn about recruitment and administration processes, procedures and best practices.You will have a key support network in the form of a line manager, a buddy and a designated training contact, who will all have regularly catch ups with you to support you throughout your apprenticeship programme. You will also be given the time you needto complete your studies, including time for research, coursework and meetings with your course tutor.Main Responsibilities
  • Advertise vacancies using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and various external job boards
  • Manage our shared mailboxes, responding to queries or forwarding onto the relevant colleague
  • Utilise social media to help market our opportunities
  • Review applications and shortlist candidates
  • Assist hiring managers in booking candidate interviews
  • Direct sourcing of candidates via online CV databases & social media
  • Supporting the team with the set up and organisation of recruitment events
  • Ensuring our ATS is kept up to date with the relevant information and activity for each vacancy
  • Ad-hoc administration duties to support the team and department
The Ideal Candidate
  • Educated to GCSE level (or eqivelant) in Maths & English, grade C (4) or above
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Well organised, self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • High level of attention to detail
  • A keen interest in recruitment and the willingness to learn
  • Able to work to tight deadlines in a busy, fast paced environment
  • Good work ethic and eager to do well
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
