We are looking for talented people to deliver world class efficient supply chain processes for the organisation whilstalso offering a fantastic opportunity to develop your career with a first-class organisation.Working on dnatas easyJet contract, you will be working with easyJet, who as Europes leading airline offers a unique and winning combination of the best route network connecting Europes primary airports, with great value fares and friendly service.As part of the retail HUB dedicated to easyJet you will play an integral part of this delivery.In this exciting and challenging role, you will be able to communicate both with our external customers and internally at all levels and across all sites. You will need to be able to develop trusted and influential relationships with all stakeholders toensure agreed service standards are achieved. In addition, you will need to be commercially aware to ensure contractual commitments are delivered in a cost-effective manner highlighting cost/ charge implication of any additional activity requested by the customer/stakeholder.You will provide daily B2B support and relationship management with the airline customer personnel at all levels. Provide significant operational and in-depth knowledge, complete service performance monitoring and ensure corrective actions are agreed andin place. You will deliver timely responses to all customer queries and adverse comments as well maintaining accurate records of services statistics with timely reporting to the customer in line with contractual agreements. You will attend weekly/monthly meetingswith the customer and maintain strong and positive relations with the customer.You will be an integral part of a busy team with evidence of previous customer management experience as well as good interpersonal, communication and team work. You will have the ability to successfully coach and support to drive performance and customersatisfaction and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be highly analytical, have good attention to detail and accuracy as well as being enthusiastic, self-motivated and have a proactive attitude.Ensuring compliance to legislative, customer and company standards is paramount. You will maintain best practice and review and monitor processes and action changes as necessary.You will pride yourself on delivering our world famous 5* customer service, investigating issues when needed, and maintaining and developing relationships with our customers.You will be a self-motivated, consistently professional individual who works well in a fast-paced environment and take pride in all you do.
