Project CoordinatorThe Company:Are you a practical, technical person with an inquisitive and engineering type of brain Do you have proven customer service skills and the ability to manage several projects on the go at any one time If you would like an office role in a busy environmentdealing with customers and using your ability to read technical drawings, interpret and disseminate information, and juggle a hundred and one things at a time: this could be just the role for you! You will provide a link between the design team and the companystechnical support functions whilst being a constant with the customer throughout the duration of the project.Job Responsibilities: Manage projects in the order book to ensure they are designed accurately and on time Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and provide an accurate specification that is clear for the design technician Manage workload scheduling with our in-house design technicians and external contractors to ensure projects are delivered within targeted service levels Answer customer queries and advise on installation requirements throughout the design process Produce installation documentation ready for printing and arranging of delivery Advise estimating, sales and design teams of appropriate solutions to customer enquiries as and when required Be a technical point of contact for the team Preferred Skills: Knowledge of heating system design and/or installation would be useful, or some exposure to the building / construction industry Excellent levels of customer service AutoCAD or equivalent knowledge with the ability to read and interpret drawingsPersonal Attributes: Independent self-starter, able to work in a cross-functional team environment Computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail Working Hours:8.30am-5pm Monday to FridayTo apply, or to find out more information, please click on one of the "apply" buttonsPlease note that due to a high level of applications, we can only respond immediately to applicants whose skills & qualifications are suitable for this position.
