MATERIALS PLANNERAn opportunity for a Material Planner has become available to join a very busy, friendly manufacturing environment.This is a busy manufacturing organisation, who are experiencing a steep upturn in work, which is offering greater stability and consistency.As the Material Planner, you will be given responsibility for ensuring a continuous raw material supply into their UK plants.If you are a Material Planner, who is looking for an opportunity, that can offer you stability and growth, look no further!The role is commutable from Coventry, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Daventry, Redditch, Banbury, Alcester and EveshamBENEFITS OF A MATERIAL PLANNER

  • £35,000 - £38,000

DUTIES OF MATERIAL PLANNER:
  • Ensure continuous raw material supply to all plants here in the UK
  • Review daily potential issues and risk to supply to plant
  • Daily review of stock
  • Maintenance of MRP parameters
  • Weekly supplier schedule releases
  • Daily supplier arrears reporting
  • Regular analysis of top materials by value to identify cost saving activities
  • Management of supplier delivery slots and transport needs
  • Vendor management
  • REQUIREMENTS OF MATERIAL PLANNER
  • Essential that you have experience of Material Planning
  • Ideally, you will have gained your experience from within a manufacturing environment
  • MRP knowledge, SAP would be beneficial but not essential
  • This would suit a motivated, energetic individual
  • Results orientated
