Job Description

We have doubled in size in the last 12 months, despite COVID and were now looking to work with a proactive Administrator, to support our dynamic team.The Administrator role will be based between home and a new office in the South Manchester area, exact location to be confirmed. Initial training will be in Hazel Grove.Responsibilities:

  • All activities related to on-boarding new partner businesses
  • Dealing with ad hoc queries from the directors of Davidson Gray and the partner businesses
  • Dealing with issues relating to service supply e.g. with job boards, CRM providers etc.
  • Liaising with subcontractors including the accountant, webmaster, IT support & legal counsel
  • Creating invoices
  • Providing information to the accountant e.g. missing receipts & invoices
  • Booking meetings
  • Creating, branding and formatting documents
  • Creating reports from a variety of sources
  • Researching new initiatives and supporting their implementation
  • Developing and documenting new processes
  • Upkeep of two databases
  • Varied project work
Skills & experience required:
  • GCSE English and Maths grade A-C
  • Previous experience in an office-based role
  • A problem solver
  • Proactive in approach, with lots of initiative
  • Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organisational skills and multi-tasking ability
  • Good written English, spelling and grammar
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work efficiently remotely
