Job Description

Are you looking for a new opportunity in a fantastic company in Haywards Heath Are you meticulous in your approach to paperwork and customer service Do you have an interest in working within a close knit quality team in a fast paced environmentDay to day responsibilities:

  • Assist the Quality Manager with the reviewing, maintaining and updating the Quality Manual, Quality Procedures and Forms, collating departmental feedback on required changes and proof-reading documents.
  • Liaising with transport companies and suppliers in relation to goods received at office and Customer sites that are damaged and completing the relevant insurance claim forms. (Non-Sterile, non-Medical Device).
  • Maintaining and updating staff training records.
  • Supplying customers with Quality Information packs and supplier evaluation information upon request, or arranging for Vendors to complete customer questionnaires.
  • Monitoring and reporting on Quarantined goods.
  • Updating and maintaining customer and supplier contact details
  • Reviewing Pest Control reports and logging them to the system, following up on any issues reported and monitoring corrective actions.
  • Reviewing Calibration records and logging certificates, reporting any deviations found.
  • Data collection on customer purchases and contact details from our ERP system to aid running mail merges.
  • Sending samples to customer or vendors.
  • Reviewing, maintaining and updating the companys Organogram.
  • Maintaining the Companys supplier evaluation list, sending out questionnaires and ensuring up to date ISO certificates are on file and updated on the computer system and NAVision
  • Receiving, reviewing and marking up of Quality Certificates, liaising with suppliers for missing or incorrect certificates. Creating and maintaining a master certificates register.
  • Monitoring and organising the Quality@ email inbox
  • Creating how to guides with the assistance of the relevant departments.
  • Co-ordinating customer returns for complaint investigations (excluding recalls)
  • Filing and archiving closed records.
