Job Description

Salary: £30,597 to £35,996 per annumHours: 36 hoursContract Type: PermanentLocation: Home based covering the Sussex areaWere looking for a confident, customer focused Neighbourhood Response Officer to join our team in the South region on a permanent, full time basis. In a nutshell, youll ensure that our estates are places that our residents want to live, youll work ina rewarding environment supporting vulnerable customers and preventing anti-social behaviour.What youll be doingWorking collaboratively with other teams, external agencies and residents, youll ensure that Clarion Neighbourhoods are clean and safe, whilst delivering a programme of regular estate inspections, identifying improvements and investigating breaches of tenancy.Well look to you develop and deliver neighbourhood plans and local offers as well as working with local resident groups to develop local community facilities, activities and events.What youll needWere looking for confident and resilient individuals with a positive mind set. With sound experience in customer service, youll enjoy working with people in the community. Youll be able to develop effective working relationships across Clarion and externalagencies and also be confident working alone. Youll have experience of working to plans and targets and have the ability to exercise good judgement whilst being proactive and creative in finding solutions.Where will you workYou will be based at home but will be expected to travel to site visits mainly in the Sussex /Haywards Heath area but with some travel to other parts of the South Region as and when necessary.
