My client are looking for a full time sales representative to assist with incoming telephone sales, over the counter sales, and to visit customers within the local area, in particularly targeting lost business accounts. Candidates should be able to displaythe following skills, and will be required to do the following:To assist in the processing of orders received through online sources and over the telephone.To take orders over the telephone and advise appropriate pricing to customers, based on our ecommerce platformsPrevious experience in ecommerce or internal sales field is beneficial, although not essential.Should be able to remain calm, composed and effective when under pressure. Should also be prepared to take full responsibility for their role, to ensure all customer queries are responded to on time.Should have excellent communication skills, with good English speaking skill and mathematical abilityCandidates should have the following please:CANDIDATES MUST HOLD A VALID UK DRIVERS LICENCEGood level of understanding in Maths & English is mandatoryKnowledge of how to use computers, including Microsoft officeAble to browse on-line easily and effectively, and are familiar with intermediary marketplaces such as ebay and amazonAbility to work hard and effectively and possess good personal interaction skillsEnthusiastic and motivated in their approach to their careerSalary Package / Working HoursThe working hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm. The starting salary for this position is £24,000 per annum plus entitlement to a company car, with fuel reimbursement for business journeys.
