Job Description

Lead Researcher - Artificial Intelligence in Cyber SecurityA major tech firm are expanding their UK Research & Development team!You will be investigating into how the efficient use of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Quantum Computing and Blockchain can help detect and prevent major cyber-attacks!This is a vibrant team with the best and brightest people in the industry, including many PhD graduates. Using cutting-edge technologies in a state-of-the-art facility, you will help make the world a safer place!Responsibilities:

  • Architect solutions and implement these designs/ideas in a real world setting.
  • Exploit these ideas in proof of concepts, patents and publications.
  • Use AI related technologies and data manipulation to extract information from multiple security devices and system / service log data.
  • Use this information to develop techniques to detect cyber-attacks and manage the system securely.
  • Be passionate about keeping up to date with technology trends, especially in Machine Learning and Cyber Security, and incorporate relevant development into your work.
    • Ideal candidates will also have experience in:
  • Software Engineering; R, Python, Java, C++ etc.
  • Ethical Hacking, Penetration Testing
  • Systems and Network management; Firewalls, SIEM, Wireshark etc.
