Cleanerrequired for local authority. (Hounslow / Southall / Hayes)Hours of work Mon TO Friday -7-4pmMust hae DBSThe caretaker will play a key part in ensuring estates and communal areas are tidy, litter-free, clean and safe.-To carry out handyperson and cleaning tasks.-Cleansing and removal of litter and rubbish from all internal communal areas , eg lifts, floors, stairways-Cleaning of refuse rooms, areas and chute rooms, cleaning and moving paladin bins as required.-Unblocking and cleaning of chutes-To report all estate issues encountered to the relevant department.-To deliver leaflets and letters to residents-Must be able to start ASAP -Must have two year checkable work history.
