Job Description

Attendance and Welfare Officer Required for Primary School in HillingdonAt Engage Education Services, we’ve specialised in recruiting education staff for over a decade. We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic Attendance and Welfare Officer to work full-time at a fantastic primary school in Hillingdon.Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we’re looking for more high-quality office staff to work with these schools.Working hours are Monday - Friday 08:30 - 16:30Duties can include:

  • Using the school’s internal system to record data
  • Administering first aid
  • Ensure that prompt, consistent, and rigorous intervention with poor attendance is robust
  • Supervision of the medical room
  • Have responsibility for monitoring the attendance of most vulnerable students
  • Manage the process of addressing poor attendance
    • The ideal applicant will have
  • Experience of working in a school
  • A real passion for working within an education environment
  • Experience utilising SIMS (School Information Management System) within an administrative role
  • Valid first aid certificate
  • Attendance Officer experience
