The Just Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for a Team Leader to work in the Paint Shop department for our Client who is a leading manufacturing company based in Haverhill. This is an ongoing position leading to a permanent role after 12 weeks for the right candidate Duties and responsibilities:To meet all customer delivery dates plus making the most efficient use of the plant and materials, balancing the staff against demand and getting the best from the team.Build constructive and effective relationships between and within teams.Participate in and promote the performance of teams daily objectives, including setting the automatic paint booth, hand spray.Have solid understanding of Health and Safety and ensure the correct training is given. Drive the team to ensure there goals are meet from the supervisors plan.Essential skills:Worked with Nordson equipment - desirablePrevious experience working with powder paint- desirable A background in manufacturing - essential Knowledge of Windows and Hardware Ability to work under pressure Strong organisation skills such as record keeping Strong attention to detail and proven skills around accuracy Strong people skills Working hours:7am - 3pm Monday to FridayFor more information please contact Aggie at Just Recruitment or apply now.
