Job Description

Prospero Teaching are looking for a Teacher of Science to work in a Secondary school near Haverhill, Starting in September 2023. This position will be offered on a permanent basis.CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

  • Location - Haverhill
  • Position - Teacher of Science
  • Contract/ Start Date - ASAP
  • Duration/ Duration - Permanent or Temp to Perm
  • Full Time/ Part Time - Full time/ Part time
  • Minimum rate of pay - £149
  • Hours - 5 days a week (8.30am to 3:30pm)
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree (2:1 or above) in any subject
  • GCSE English and Maths grade C or above
  • Qualified Teacher Status desirable
  • PGCE in Secondary Education desirable
  • ECTs looking to undertake Teacher Training
  • Degree in Business or Economics desirable (but not required)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
  • Hold right to work in the UK.
  • Hold an Enhanced Child Barred list DBS certificate, registered with the online update service - or be willing to process a new application.
  • Provide two professional child related references
