Job Description

Senior QC MicrobiologistHaverhill, UKThere couldnt be a better time to join EUROAPI UK, a Sanofi company. 1 billion in sales projected by 2022 and plans to become the largest Active Pharmaceutical Manufacturer in UK & Europe - open possibilities in your career with us today.The OpportunityQC at EUROAPI UK manages commercial testing, UK importation testing and release, method validation and verification, analytical transfers and microbiological testing. As a Senior QC Microbiologist, you will report to the QC Team Lead forMicrobiology, joining a team of microbiologists providing technical guidance, analysis, review and collation of experimental data against specifications.You will

  • Manage the sampling, analysis and release of drug products and raw materials in line with cGMP
  • Manage purified water and recovered water sampling from the manufacturing plant, performing bioburden testing of water
  • Collect and process environmental monitoring samples from the microbiology laboratories and manufacturing plant
  • Perform identification of micro organisms and provide technical guidance for testing / equipment within microbiology laboratories
  • Complete all events, CAPAs, change controls and ERs within the agreed timelines
The CompanyEUROAPI is a carve out business made up of six European manufacturing sites, including Haverhill.
