Job Description

Our client, a well-respected independent agent, is looking for an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team in Haverhill.This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable company in the area and really progress your career with fantastic earning potential.Working hours of a Sales & Lettings Negotiator:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 1 in 2 Saturdays (Time off in lieu)
Salary package:
  • Up to £24,000 basic
  • Up to £30,000 OTE (Uncapped)
  • Business mileage covered
  • Career progression
  • On going training and support
Sales & Lettings Negotiator requirements:
  • Previous experience in Estate Agency
  • Have the drive and motivation to do well.
  • Full UK driver’s license
  • Able to work well independently as well as in a team.
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
Key tasks of a Sales & Lettings Negotiator:
  • Successfully negotiate offers & lets
  • Drive the business forward by offering great customer service
  • Arrange and attend viewings
  • Greeting customers & clients in the office
  • Registering customers
  • Matching requirements & arranging viewings
  • Calling out new properties
  • General Administration duties
