Job Description

Crem Recruitment is recruiting a full-time Parts Dispatcher. Our client is a well-established name within the Manufacturing industry. This role is based in Haverhill.Duties will include:

  • Correctly Picking stock against customer orders
  • Picking and Packing of Spares ready for shipment
  • Creating paperwork for customer orders
  • Keeping delivery system updated
  • General related tasks required by Freight & Parts Manager - as and when necessary, in support of the company’s activities. Parts & Service-related tasks when orders are lower.
Skills and Experience required:
  • Experience in ERP systems essential
  • Flexible approach - may be required to work as and when the demands of the job dictate.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work as part of a team and create effective working relationships.
  • Well-developed time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Enthusiastic, organised and highly motivated individual with a desire to learn.
  • Ability to diligently follow work procedures and practices.
  • Computer literate, ERP, Excel
  • Communicate well.
  • Parts background would be helpful.
