The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining advancedequipment, ensuring efficient production, automation, as well as supporting various facility projects.Graduate Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the production facility.
  • Perform proactive and reactive maintenance on equipment, automation, and facilities.
  • Ensure high standards of production automation while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to quality management system (QMS) requirements for audits.
As a Graduate Maintenance Engineer, you’ll need the following skills, experience, and qualifications:
  • Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Effective communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
  • Understanding of mechanical systems and their operation.
  • Awareness of team goals and objectives.
  • Proficient in computer operation and familiarity with software applications.
  • Completion of a technical program or apprenticeship in engineering, with higher education in the field a plus.
