Job Description

Join Euroapi as an Engineering Technical Coordinator. This role, through knowledge of both plant and equiptment, will enable the creation of maintenance plans, engineering works and improve efficiencies - apply today! Your ResponsibilitiesYou will:

  • Create site maintenance plans and provide back up corrective maintenance interventions to ensure the timely completion of works.
  • Lead the filing and archiving of regulatory, PPMs and supporting documentation for the engineering function.
  • Support non stock spares orders, invoice queries and any supplier queries.
  • Drive news ways of working to create value and drive efficiencies.
  • Support annual stock take, SAP system management (SAP PM), document updates, creation and close out of deviations and events & back up for oil sampling.
This role is a temporary, contract position starting from January 24-Dec 24 to support the team through a transition period. Our Company EUROAPI is focused on reinventing active ingredient solutions to sustainably meet customers’ and patients’ needs around the world. We are a leading player in active pharmaceutical ingredients with approximately 200 products in our portfolio, offering a largespan of technologies, while developing innovative molecules through our Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) activities.The EUROAPI Haverhill (UK) site has been established for forty years, located fifteen miles east of Cambridge and sixty miles north of London, within the golden triangle. It employs over 250 people and has built a strong reputation in Flow Chemistry, ActivePharmaceutical Ingredient (API) Spray Drying and as a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CDMO). Haverhill is proud to house the world’s largest, continuous production, pharmaceutical spray dryer and performs secondary packaging and releaseactivities for oncology and rare disease medicines supporting global markets. The site also offers a contract testing and release facility within its laboratories. Our Requirements Engineering experience, preferably some technical knowledge gained in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical plant based setting. Mechanical knowledge would be highly desirable.Excellent systems skills, SAP AIS PM or similar would be highly desirable.Self directed with a strong focus on achieving together, can plan and schedule autonomously.
