Job Description

Calling all Electrical Designers!Do you have experience with either EPLAN or AutoCAD Electrical and want a great job working for a well established and ambitious company One that hasa large number of case studies demonstrating excellent career development opportunities for their staff anda low turnover throughout the company If so, then we need to talk.Im working witha fantastic companythat is looking for someone just like you. They are a World-leading manufacturer who design and build high spec, high quality equipment including standard and bespoke designs for Global blue Chip companies across a rangeof markets and industries and the time has comefor someone new to join their team.You would be carrying out Electrical Design duties, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and finished product comply with the equipment standards. Your other duties would include;

  • Hardware design electronic / electrical and pneumatic systems for both standard and special equipment
  • Ensure that electrical design and manufacture complies with the Machinery Directive
  • Electrical software and hardware development
  • Liaise with new and existing suppliers
  • Update electrical documentation and ensuring documentation is available before machines are despatched
  • Occasional travel to company headquarters in Stuttgart for technical training and new product briefings
This opportunity is open to experienced Designers as well as Graduates that may have completed their Degrees in Electrical Design, Automation Engineering, or similar. Additional training as well as the potential to undergo courses are on offer.This is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30 with a 30 minute lunch break. The position pays a competitive salary and comes with a number of additional benefits and an additional bonus scheme.
