We have an exciting opportunity for a Practice Pharmacist to join our Christmas Maltings and Clements Practice team in Haverhill.The main purpose of the role is to diagnose patients and evaluate treatment and care for them, making referrals appropriately. You will be required to asses s patients with issues including respiratory, ENT, cardiac, adominal, neurological and minor injuries. There is a requirement for home visits, conduct care home visits and emergency patients.Suffolk GP Federation is a not-for-profit organisation owned by 58 GP practices. Our aim is to find innovative solutions to the challenges currently faced by the NHS, while at the same time protecting the interests of general practice and ensuring that patients continue to receive the very best care.The successful candidate will be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council and will have a Masters degree in pharmacy Clinical Diploma.
