Job Description

Crem Recruitment has been appointed to recruit for key businesses within the catering industry.A rare opportunity has arisen to join our Haverhill based client as they look for a new Chef Manager to lead the kitchen team with a potential immediate start.Duties:

  • Produce food in line with the site budget
  • Produce menus for the kitchen
  • Be an effective team leader
  • Provide excellent food knowledge to the team and deliver fantastic service
Hours and Pay:
  • Permanent contract
  • 40 Hours per week, Monday - Friday with flexibility on Saturdays paid at an enhanced rate
  • 7:00am - 3:30pm
  • £33,000 PA

Personal Specification:
  • Have previous experience in a similar environment
  • Ideally experienced within the contract catering sector
  • Be IT literate with financial acumen and effective food cost control
  • Work well under pressure with a calm, mature and professional approach
