Join the Development Sciences and Innovation department as the Analytical Chemistry Development Lead, leading analytical chemistry development for the Haverhill site.Your Responsibilities You will:

• Coach, lead and develop your team.

• Assess transfer feasibility, development requirements and readiness for transfer to QC. Perform method development, troubleshooting and train junior members of the team.

• Provide expert guidance for scientifically sound and phase appropriate approaches to enable effective analytical technology transfer, working with new business and clients.

• Manage technology transfer, proposal & planning.

The EUROAPI Haverhill (UK) site has been established for 40 years and is located 15 miles east of Cambridge and 60 miles north of London, within the golden triangle. It employs over 250 people and has built a strong reputation in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient(API) Spray Drying and Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CDMO). Haverhill is proud to house the worlds largest, continuous production, pharmaceutical spray dryer and performs secondary packaging and release activities for oncology and raredisease medicines supporting global markets. The site is also developing a contract testing and release facility within its laboratories.Our RequirementsPhD or extensive industrial experience in Analytical Chemistry.Technology transfer expertise gained in a GMP certified laboratory environment.Analytical method development experience.Experience of people management, leadership or training.Your Benefits
