Our GoodRated CQC registered service provides support to our brilliant customers who have Learning Disabilities & Autism in a SupportedAccommodation Setting.Youll support our customers to live their day to day lives as independently as possible. The team will tell you that no two days are ever the same because everything we do is person centred around our customers. Like our team, were sure youll find thejob ever so rewarding.We help our customers to achieve their potential, long term goals and to live their best life. Youll play your part by assisting in the delivery of tasks that are based on our customers personal support plans.Youll work with our Senior Support Workers andexternal agencies to support our customers.As our Supported Living Worker Waking Nights, youll belone working, however there will be a member of staff asleep in the building.Youll offer our customers a first point of call when needed.During your shift youll supportwith personal care like bathing and issuing medication.
