Service Desk Engineer - Hartlepool - Circa £30,000Our client, a leading Managed Service Provider, are looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join their team of passionate IT professionals.This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a friendly, but challenging, environment whereby you will be highly appreciated.Duties:• Provide remote support to clients, troubleshooting software issues via telephone and email• Checking and resolving backup issues• Building and deploying workstations and servers• Documenting procedures• Email and data migrations• Implementing VoIP services Key skills:Office 365, Active Directory, Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022, Familiarity with networking concepts (VLANs, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP), Cloud based services
