My client based in Hartlepool is looking for a Service Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business which is going from strength to strength, working within the service team which encompasses Sampling, Customer Service, Stock Control and Purchasing.Our clients business focuses on residential markets incorporating sales to independent retailers, buying groups and national retailers. The focus is to supply well designed and engineered products offering value for money and supported by industry leadingservice levels.The ideal candidate will be a strong administrator with good organisational and communication skills. A flexible and adaptable approach is essential along with a willingness to learn new skills.A proven track record in a similar purchasing or stock management role along with competency in Microsoft Office 365 applications including Outlook and Excel would be a real advantage.Reporting to the Commercial Director, your day to day duties as part of our service team will focus on stock analysis and control.
