Are you an inspirational, passionate, and enthusiastic Secondary Teacher who is looking to make a positive difference to the lives of young people If so, we want to hear from you!Prospero Teaching are looking for a resilient and experienced Secondary educator to start asap in one of our inspirational PRU settings in Hartlepool from January for the remainder of the Academic Year. For the right candidate, there is the strong possibilitythat the role will become permanent.The role will involve planning and delivering a range of Subjects to small classes of Secondary aged pupils who have a range of SEN and challenging behaviour. The successful candidate will also have the support of outstanding Teaching Assistants within lessons.The pupils are not in mainstream Education currently and do display challenging behaviour. A key part of the role, therefore, will be to build positive relationships with pupils to support them to engage with their learning, manage their behaviour and inspirethem to become the best possible versions of themselves.It is a brilliantly supportive, inspirational, and enjoyable environment for both students and staff.
