This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Gem Partnership recruitment who are currently trading as a recruitment agency, for our client based in Hartlepool on a Permanant basis.The Role:GEM Partnership are working exclusively with TMD Friction, who are a market leader in the development of friction materials for the mainly aftermarket automotive industry. A well-established manufacturing company producing market leading engineered productsto a diverse international client base, they are currently looking to recruit an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to work a continental shift pattern in a fast moving, highly technical manufacturing environment.Candidates should be time served, with at least 3 years post apprenticeship experience in a similar environment. Experience of planned preventative maintenance systems would be advantageous, along with strong problem solving and reactive breakdown skills.Ideally candidates should be qualified to HNC level, or actively pursuing this level of qualification, 18th Edition would be highly desirable with experience of fault finding as a minimum on PLCs.
