My client is an established law firm practice in the North East. Due to expansion within the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team they have an opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their small and friendly team.Reporting to the newly recruited Partner and Head of Department, would be delighted to speak to Legal Secretaries with a minimum of 1 years experience in the PI/Clinical Negligence sector, and who have both fast and accurate audio typing skills, coupled with excellent client care skills.Main responsibilities of the position will include:Keeping records up to date and maintaining filesTyping legal documentsAnswering and making telephone callsOrganising diariesMaking appointments with clientsWorking as part of a busy teamThe client can be flexible and welcomes interest from candidates that are looking for part or full time based hours.
