We are currently seeking a skilled and efficient Extrusion Operator for our esteemed client, a well-established plastic recycling company based in Hartlepool. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the plastic recycling process and a keeneye for detail.Must be able to work days and nights (5 days, 5 nights) The Extrusion Operator will be responsible for efficiently controlling and operating machinery.Key responsibilities will include:* Operating and managing the extrusion machinery and equipment* Conducting regular inspections to ensure machinery is operating correctly* Identifying and resolving any machinery faults or anomalies* Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures* Ensuring quality control by monitoring and adjusting machine settings as necessary.**Qualifications and Experience:*** Previous experience in a similar role is essential* A firm understanding of the plastic recycling process* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues effectively* A strong commitment to health and safety regulations* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
