Job Description

My client based in Hartlepool is looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent to join their team on a temp to perm basis. The role does not offer hybrid working.Duties of the role include:

  • Answering a high level of inbound calls/emails in a busy office environment
  • Making outbound calls to confirm deliveries and gain feedback on the customer experience
  • Meeting daily KPIs, including response time and resolution
  • Liaising with staff internally at all levels
  • Logging data and keeping up to date customer information on the internal database
  • Be computer literate to use Microsoft packages and mailing systems
  • Experience of working in customer service based roles, preferably E-Commerce or business-to-consumer
