We also take Health and Safety very seriously in everything that we do.What will you be doing With your professional telephone manner and excellent communication, you will be the front-line voice of Anglian Water dealing with a wide range of different phone calls from our customers. This isnt mandatory but you will be given the choice. There are requirements that you need to have to work from home, such as a working Landline, but Anglian Water will provide you with your equipment.We do however require our advisors to be based at our Hartlepool office and complete their initial probation period in our office so we can best support you to provide the outstanding customer service we are known for.What hours will I workOur opening hours are Monday- Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday 8am-4pm and Sunday 10am-4pm and we offer annualised working, this means you will work different hours each week but this averages at 37 hours a week over time.
