They are expanding and want junior engineers to facilitate this expansion, over ¾ of their senior engineers started as trainees so will offer you full support. The company are very proud of their equality policy and have an excellent number of male and female engineers.You will be fully trained over 10 weeks through an 8 week training programme followed by 2 weeks shadowing a senior engineer. Once you are trained you will be allocated clients to carry out maintenance, servicing and fault finding. A senior engineer will assist you in any repair work to continue your technical training.The ideal candidate will have some kind of electrical / electronic background but this is not essential, enthusiasm for the role is key!The Role:
